What we offer

Counselling offers tools, strategies, and a therapeutic relationship to help individuals cope with stress, explore themselves, be self-aware, make positive changes, and live more fulfilling lives with a feeling of purpose and belonging.

“We, at Nirmaya believe that people have the capacity to change and grow throughout their lives, and we are committed to supporting individuals in this process of personal growth and development.”

“We are fully cognizant of the fact that everyone is shaped by their unique experiences and perspectives that mould their thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and personalities. Therefore, we value diversity and strive to tailor our services to the individual’s specific needs and goals.”

“We believe that building strong, supportive relationships is essential for success, and we prioritize creating a safe, non judgmental, and inclusive space where everyone can be heard, seen, and know they belong.”

“We value self-awareness and insight as important components of personal growth and development, and we aim to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their challenges through our counselling services.”

“We recognize that change is an ongoing process, and we are committed to supporting individuals as they continue to experience growth and development beyond their time with us.”
